Thank you for using SellCheck (.net) (hereinafter "Service"). These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the SellCheck operations team (hereinafter "Team") and users in connection with the use of the Service.

Article 1 (Service Structure: Company)
Company: A Company is the basic unit of service usage. Users may create a Company or join an existing one by invitation.

Administrator Rights: The user who creates a Company holds "Administrator" privileges and has final authority over member invitations, data management, payments, and Company closure.

Article 2 (Account and Security)
Account Creation: Users may create an account using an email address or other provided authentication methods.

Security Responsibility: Users are responsible for managing their account credentials and passwords. The Team shall not be liable for issues arising from unauthorized account access unless due to its intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 3 (Provision and Use of Service)
Availability: The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, the Service may be temporarily suspended in whole or in part due to scheduled system maintenance, server replacement, network failures, or technical emergencies.

Compliance: Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea, the provisions of these Terms, and any notices posted within the Service.

Prohibited Conduct: Users must not use another person's account without authorization, place excessive load on the Service through automated scripts (bots), or engage in any conduct that disrupts normal service operations.

Article 4 (Payment and Refund: Pre-paid)
Paddle Payments: All payments for the Service are processed through Paddle, a global payment service provider. Users must agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Pre-paid Operation: The Service operates on a pre-paid basis where usage rights are purchased in advance. Automatic renewal is not provided.

Refund Policy: Refunds may only be requested within 7 days of the payment date. However, refunds may be restricted if a portion of the pre-paid service has already been used. No refunds will be issued in principle after 7 days from the date of payment.

Article 5 (Data Ownership and Management)
Data Ownership: All data uploaded or generated within a Company (including images, activity logs, settings, etc.) is owned by the Company managing such data or the user with administrative authority.

Backup Obligation: Users must back up any necessary data themselves before terminating their use of the Service.

Data Deletion: Upon Company closure or account withdrawal, all data associated with that unit will be immediately and permanently deleted. The Team has no obligation to restore such data.

Article 6 (Company Closure and Withdrawal)
Administrator Withdrawal: An Administrator who wishes to withdraw must either transfer Administrator privileges to another member or close the Company.

Member Departure: General members may leave their associated Company at any time. In such cases, work logs authored by the departing user may be preserved in anonymized form to maintain the integrity of the Service.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property and License)
Team Ownership: All intellectual property rights relating to the Service, including source code, algorithms, UI/UX design, logos, trademarks, and all content within the Service, belong to the SellCheck operations team.

Limited License: Users are granted only a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibition on Unauthorized Use: Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Team.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer)
Force Majeure: The Team shall not be liable for service failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, national emergencies, hacking, or failures by telecommunications service providers.

User Negligence: The Team shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by the user's own negligence in account management, device configuration errors, or network environment issues.

Data Accuracy: The Team does not warrant the accuracy of any data or analytical results within the Service. Users must apply such information to business decisions at their own responsibility.

Compensation Limit: Compensation for damages caused by the Team's negligence shall not, in any case, exceed the total amount paid by the relevant user for Service use during the most recent 6 months.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Governing Law: All matters related to these Terms and the use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Jurisdiction: For disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Team shall be the agreed court of jurisdiction.
